    Randall recognizes that exotic sounding language can be beautiful. Shakespearean poetry is not only masterfully crafted, but to our modern ears there is a tinge of the faraway and mysterious. The layman can see there is brilliance in Chaucer, if only he could read it. Unfortunately Randall wants these flavors, aged over centuries, RIGHT NOW. Thus he gets mired in stupid Internet linguistic fads
